For a small monthly fee (which is not a fixed fee but taylored to our customers)we will carry out the following checks:

WEEKLY SECURITY INSPECTION: OPENING WINDOWS AND DOORS, FLUSHING TOILETS AND RUNNING TAPS

CHECKING INTERNET CONNECTIONS.

CHECKING SATELLITE TV RECEIVERS.

COLLECTION AND PAYMENT OF HOUSEHOLD BILLS, COUNCIL AND PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS. 

SEND A REPORT FOLLOWING EACH VISIT DETAILING ANY PROBLEMS OR SIMPLY JUST PUTTING YOUR MIND AT REST.

ORGANISING MAINTENANCE OF YOUR PROPERTY, FOR EXAMPLE CLEANING, DECORATING, GARDEN MAINTENANCE.

EMERGENCY CHECKS FOLLOWING STORMS AND HIGH WINDS, FOLLOWING CONSULTATION WE CAN ORGANISE ANY CLEAN UP REQUIRED.

DEALING WITH ANY EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WHICH MAY ARISE SUCH AS BURST WATER PIPES, ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS OR LEAKING WATER TANKS.
